Creative Discoveries Summer Camp at OSUIT – Tulsa

OSUIT’s Creative Discoveries Camp is a new, hands-on experience designed to introduce students to graphic design and 3D modeling in a fun and beginner-friendly way.

Over the course of two days (July 8–9, 10AM - 2PM), students will design a custom nameplate using digital design tools and then bring it to life in 3D using Blender—learning real-world creative tech skills along the way.

Cost: FREE! (includes all supplies, materials, and lunch)
 
Here’s what students will do:

• Design using layout, typography, and color
• Learn 3D modeling basics (text, extrusion, lighting, and rendering)
• Export a polished 3D render of their project
• Discover how design and modeling open doors to creative careers

Who Should Attend:

• Rising high school juniors or seniors (Class of 2026 or 2027)
• Students interested in design, art, 3D modeling, or digital creativity
• No previous experience needed—just curiosity and a creative spark!
